Fri, Apr 4 - Lead Your Work Team More Effectively  10 am - 12 pm ($45)

This experiential workshop is designed to help team leaders (executives, managers, entrepreneurs, small business owners, etc.) empower their teams to achieve new and exciting goals. Come to THRIVE for a 15-minute portrait and story session in a welcoming setting. Rebecca will thoughtfully prompt participants to reflect, share, and connect in a way that goes beyond small talk. Facilitator and photographer: Rebecca Bloomfield

Participants will receive free digital copies of their portraits. Portraits and stories will be featured on Rebecca's website. Space limited to 8 participants. Ages 18+

Sat, Apr 12 - Take Control of Your Screen Time  10:30 am - 12:30 pm ($45)

Participants will explore the ways in which technology affects our individual and shared experiences, both personally and professionally. Through inquiry, reflection, and conversation, we will learn ways to create more connection, balance, and spaciousness in our daily lives as well as a greater sense of intentionality and joy during our "screen time". Mon, Apr 21 - Communicate More Effectively  6:30 pm - 8:30 pm ($45)

We will learn concrete skills for how to communicate more effectively with partners, colleagues, friends and family.  The goal of this workshop is to have more connective relationships and to navigate conflict more effectively at home and at work. Facilitator: Rebecca Bloomfield

Sat, May 3 - Parenting Social in collab w/ Canaan Kids Artspace  10:30 am - 12:30 pm (free)

Parents are invited to THRIVE for snacks, refreshments, and lightly-facilitated conversation while their kids enjoy Open Art Play with Canaan Kids Artspace at the Douglas library next door. This event provides parents with an opportunity to share, listen, and connect with one another while also learning about THRIVE offerings for families in our area. Facilitator: Adam Lang

Fri, May 9th - Bring More Focus & Enthusiasm to Your Work  10 am - 12 pm ($45)

Many of us feel scattered, unfocused, and lacking purpose in our work lives. Together, we’ll share our experiences and explore root causes, both internal and external, of some of these challenges while also identifying methods, mindsets, and skills to help us achieve more focus and enthusiasm in our work. Sat, May 24 - Men's Group  10 am - 2 pm ($45)

What are your values as a man? Are you aligned with your purpose and power? Are you ready to step into your life more fully? Workshop participants will explore these questions and more as they examine where they are getting stuck in their relationships, in their careers, and in themselves. From there, and in community, they will reconnect with their integrity and authenticity. Facilitator: Jesse Carter
